1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to maintain one (1) active account only. Players found operating multiple accounts may have all accounts permanently closed and any associated balances, winnings, and bonuses forfeited without refund.

3. Account Security and Obligations

9. Limitations of Liability and Disclaimers

12. Account Suspension and Termination

12.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request closure of your yykoin account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining account balance (excluding active bonus funds) will be paid out via your verified withdrawal method within 5 business days, subject to standard withdrawal processing procedures and KYC verification.

12.2 Involuntary Account Termination

yykoin reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account immediately and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8
